How high are we flying ?

The good point with the hot air ballon, in opposite with other flying method is that we can fly as well as 1meter high over the trees or houses as 1000 meters high in the clouds and in order to get a wonderfull landscpe overview.

When is the best time to fly ?

We usually fly everyday from april to october, it is the best time to fly as the weather is used to be the best. We fly early the morning or late in the afternoon before the Sunset.

How long are we flying ?

The flight is about 1 hour long at every places we are flying. But all included, with the ballon set up, the flight, the « aérostier toast » after we land and the way back to the meeting point by SUVs, it takes about 3 hours.

What will be the température in the balloon ?

It will be the same as on the floor. As we are flying at the same speed as the wind, you won’t feel any wind in the air. Also, when the pilot warm the air Inside the balloon, you will feel this warm sensation… But it is adviced to dring with you a pull-over and a jacket for the set up and the landing part.

What will we see ?

An amazing landscape, colorful with forest and animals according where you will fly. Also, you have to know that each flight is unique and it is the wind which decide where we’ll fly.

Can we feel bad in the air ?

No, of course no, as the balloon isn’t fixed at the floor, you won’t get the vertigo feeling. During the flight, the basket is very firmed, it doesn’t move at all. You will feel very comfortable in it.

Heart problem ?

If it is a love problem, feel free to fly with us, everything will be better afterward.

If it is a heart decease and that you plan to fly in the mountain, it is adviced to as kat which high you will fly, otherwise, no spécial indications.

Why, sometimes, we can’t fly even the weather is sunny ?

Is it because of the wind speed which is sometimes different on the ground and in the air. Over 20km/h, we have to cancel the flight for safety reasons.

Why are there only 2 flight per day ?

The balloon fly according to the wind, the pilot can only adjust the hight by warming more or less the air Inside the balloon. This demand that the outside air should be firmed and continue. This situation is only possible early on the morning or late in the afternoon, when the wind is quiet without any turbulences.

Where are we taking off ?

The pilot select the take off area according to the wind conditions and directions. This to avoid to fly over a to wide forest and to make sure that you will fly over interesting points of view. The take off area is maiximum 30 minutes away from the meeting point.

Can we sit down during the flight ?

No, all passengers stand up during the flight.

How many people are we per baskets ?

According to the flying area, we have baskets of 3, 6, 8, 15 or 16 passengers.
